- Head East on Hwy 2, turning right (east) at junction of Hwy 2 and Hwy 40.
- Follow Hwy 2 through Columbia Falls, continue eastbound on Hwy 2 till intersection with sign “Glacier National Park/Going-to-the-Sun Road” between mileposts 153 and 154.
- Turn left, go under underpass, take first right.
From Whitefish
- Head south on US Hwy 93.
- Turn left on Hwy 40 (will become US Hwy 2).
- Follow Hwy 2 through Columbia Falls; continue eastbound on Hwy 2 till intersection with sign reading “Glacier National Park/Going-to-the-Sun Road” between mileposts 153 and 154.
- Turn left, go under underpass, take first right.
From Columbia Falls
- Take Hwy 2 through Columbia Falls.
- Continue eastbound on Hwy 2 till intersection with sign reading “Glacier National Park/Going-to-the-Sun Road” between mileposts 153 and 154.

From East Glacier
- Drive westbound on US Hwy 2 till intersection with sign reading “Glacier National Park/Going-to-the-Sun Road” between mileposts 154 and 153.
